Stock Labels
Stock labels are produced in standard pre-printed formats for use by specific scale printer models. InterWest Label maintains stock of most of the labels on this website and usually can ship orders in 3-7 working days.
Custom Labels
Custom labels allow for changes of the stock format and colors of any label on this website. Custom labels will require artwork to be created, proof approval, creation of negatives and printing plates and manufacture of labels. InterWest Label operates in-house art and plate making departments to ensure quality. 1st time custom label orders generally take 2-3 weeks while reorders are shipped within 7-10 working days. Ordering
When ordering please use the InterWest order number, description, printer model and quantity.
Payment Terms
Next 30 days from invoice date, with approved credit. A finance charge of 1 ½ % per month may apply to past due invoices from the 31st day.
Freight Terms
Shipments under 50 cases are F.O.B. Phoenix, Arizona. Any combination of 50 cases or more to the same destination in the Continental United States are shipped F.O.B. Destination. We shop to find the best freight rates for all shipments.
Adhesives
All pressure sensitive labels in this catalog are printed with standard cold temperature adhesive. Application temperature of 14 to 120 F, Service temperature -40 to 130 F Freezer adhesive is available as a custom order. Application temperature of -40 to 122 F, Service Temperature of -65 to 131 F These adhesives adhere well to commonly used food packaging, and completely sets within one hour. Minimum Orders
The minimum order for a stock label is one case. For custom printed labels the minimum is five cases. Custom labels are subject to a 10% over/under run.
Materials
InterWest Label uses materials that meet or exceed original equipment manufacturers suggested requirements. For non thermal applications please consult InterWest Label for product specifications.
Returned Merchandise Terms
All returns must have prior approval by InterWest Label. Such approval requires items to be found defective due to InterWest Labels failure to conform to order. No returns are allowed after six months from date of order.
